Join DX at the most magical place on earth - Walt Disney World, Florida! Open to everyone - come with your team or with your family and join the fun.
DX takes care of everything - from planning an exciting five-day trip to organizing a special appearance with Mickey himself! We handle the choreography, costuming, and even sprinkle in some magical extras. All you have to do is show up and enjoy the experience!

WEDNESDAY – October 13, 2027
Morning: Arrive in Orlando and head to Walt Disney World!
You can store your luggage at the hotel upon arrival. Enjoy some free time exploring Disney Springs, relaxing at the pool, or grabbing a bite to eat.
Evening:
🕡 6:30 PM – Mandatory Kick-Off Rehearsal & Parent Meeting
We’ll gather for an exciting welcome, important information, and our first group rehearsal. Don’t miss it — this sets the tone for an unforgettable week!
THURSDAY – October 14, 2027
Morning: Group rehearsal to continue building our show.
Afternoon: Head to the parks and experience the Disney magic!
Evening:
🌟 DX Private Party – Join us for an exclusive celebration at one of the Disney parks — just for DX participants!
FRIDAY - October 15, 2027
Morning: Our final rehearsal to polish the routine and prep for performance day.
Afternoon: Enjoy another day in the parks — pick your favorite and soak in the magic!
SATURDAY – October 16, 2027
📸 Morning Photo Shoot – Individual and group photos will be taken. Every performer will receive professional photos after the event.
Midday: Dancers head backstage for the final prep before the big show.
Afternoon:
🎤 Performance at Disney Springs – Waterside Stage
Take the spotlight in a public performance at one of Disney’s most popular venues! It’s a moment you’ll remember forever.
After the show, dancers are picked up by their parents to enjoy the rest of the day at Disney.
SUNDAY - October 17, 2027
Morning: Check out of your hotel and store your luggage at the front desk. Then head out for one last adventure in the parks!
Afternoon/Evening: Head home whenever you're ready.

DANCER FEE

💰 Payment Policy & Late Fees
All fees paid are non-refundable.
A $25 per person late fee will be applied for each missed payment.
Starting July 16, 2027, a $100 monthly account late fee will be added to all past-due accounts.

REQUIREMENTS
📍 All attendees must adhere to the following guidelines:
🛎️ STAY ON SITE
• All participants are required to purchase a package and stay with the DX group at the designated hotel.
• No outside accommodations permitted.
🧑🏫 CHAPERONES
• Dancers may not attend without a chaperone
• Chaperones must also stay on site with the group
• One chaperone is required for every 10 dancers
• Chaperones must be 19 years of age or older
• DX is not responsible for any individuals—each group must manage its own supervision

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQs)
❓ WHO CAN COME?
The trip is open to individual families, studios, teams, and guests. All ages are welcome, but everyone must purchase a package. Dancers must be 7 years or older to participate in the master classes.
🎂 WHEN DOES MY DANCER HAVE TO BE SEVEN?
Your dancer must be seven years old at the time of the tour. You may register them before they turn seven.
👨👩👧👦 CAN I ATTEND WITH JUST MY FAMILY OR DO I HAVE TO COME WITH MY STUDIO / TEAM?
Yes – you can attend with just your family! If your studio or team isn’t participating, simply register on your own.
DO I NEED CHAPERONES?
🛡️ DX requires one chaperone for every 10 dancers if traveling with a group of dancers. Chaperones must be 19 years of age or older and are responsible for the safety and supervision of the dancers in their group throughout the event.
🧾 DO I NEED MY OWN ACCOUNT?
Yes – every room must have its own account. Register as an Independent, and include your studio affiliation so DX can try to block rooms nearby.

💵 WHAT IS IT REALLY GOING TO COST?
Each attendee must purchase a package, priced based on the number of people per room. Transportation to Walt Disney World is not included and must be arranged on your own.
✈️ WHAT DOES DX RECOMMEND FOR ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES?
• Arrive: Wednesday morning if possible
• Allow ~1 hour to reach Disney from the airport
• Arrive at hotel no later than 5 PM so you can get settled and ready for the group rehearsal at 6:30 PM
• Depart: Any time on Sunday
🍽️ ARE MEALS INCLUDED?
Yes!
• 1 group dinner during a private party
All other meals are on your own.
🛌 CAN I STAY ADDITIONAL NIGHTS?
Yes – DX has limited hotel rooms available for early arrivals or late departures.
Select your desired nights during registration.
👨👩👧👦 WHAT IF I HAVE FIVE PEOPLE IN MY FAMILY?
Disney allows a maximum of 4 people per room.
You will need to book a second room or place a family member in another room with friends.
If the fifth person is a child under 2, you may stay in one room. Be sure to list the child and age under “Notes for Room.”
🧑🏫 DOES THE DIRECTOR / COACH NEED TO BOOK A ROOM?
Yes – directors/coaches must reserve their own room.

This tour is non-refundable. You may sell your package and DX will do a name change. Once the tickets have been linked to a person, they are non-transferable.
