Distinguished Leader Recognition
DX will recognize one outstanding dancer from each organization (not team/studio). The coach and dancer will be on stage during the Awards Program. Coaches will present the dancers with their Distinguished Leader medals.
Directors/Coaches are encouraged to select an individual not on technical merit, but rather his/her:
Passion for dance.
Ability to be a true leader, both in the classroom and on the dance floor.
Ability to help others when needed with dance and/or life issues.
Ability to be a wonderful representative of your entire program.
