Competition During School Hours
When possible, solos, duos, and/or trios may be scheduled during school hours. Group routines will be scheduled after 3 PM on school days.

Daddy/Daughter Dances — Free!
We want your Daddy/Daughter routines. Compete for FREE. Bring 5+ group routines to any DX competition plus register your Daddy/Daughter routine. Select D/D under style. DX will waive the entry fee for this routine. Contact DX so we can apply a credit to your account. You may choose to bring your routine without the groups but would pay the normal entry fee.
Graduating Seniors
DX will be recognizing all graduating seniors during awards.
Dance Abilities — Free!
Compete for FREE. Bring 5+ routines to any DX competition plus register your dancers with disabilities routine. Select DanceABILITIES under style. DX will waive the entry fee for this routine. Contact DX so we can apply a credit to your account. All dancers will receive awards on stage. Presentations will be coordinated to ensure your dancers feel comfortable. You may choose to bring your routine without the groups but would pay the normal entry fee.
A Competition That Runs on Time!
With over 37 years of event planning experience, DX competitions run on-time. Dancers are guaranteed 15 minutes or more between performances. No hurry up and wait. Studio directors sign off on the schedule ahead of time. This helps alleviate stress for both the dancers and families. Last minute performance time changes are not allowed without approval from the DX Head Judge. Performers who show up out of order without prior approval will not be allowed to compete nor will a refund be given.
