WHAT IS House Grooves?
House Grooves is made up of footwork and upper body movement using high intensity cardio. This class focuses on showing musicality dynamics and storytelling. House is a great tool for dancers to use when creating transitions and to share connection with others on the dance floor. House dancing is a social dance that is not based on level or technique. This will quickly become a favorite of our convention attendees!
