ACCOUNTS
Accounts are set-up by the number of people in a room.
Cost when register on or after December 2nd.
Quad (4 people) - $3,800 / $950 per person
Triple (3 people) - $3,075 / $1,025 per person
Double (2 people) - $2,300 / $1,150 per person
Single (1 person) - $1,400 / 1 person
EARLY BIRD PRICING - Register and pay $350 per person on or before December 1st
Quad (4 people) - $3,600 / $900 per person
Triple (3 people) - $2,925 / $975 per person
Double (2 people) - $2,200 / $1,100 per person
Single (1 person) - $1,350 / 1 person
WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Each room (account) comes with:
4 nights lodging on Disney property
4 day base park pass / 1 park per day
Event t-shirt
1 special event
PARK TICKET UPGRADE - $100
You may upgrade your ticket to a 4-day Premium Ticket for $100/per person. Refer to FAQs for details.
DANCER FEE - $135
All dancers will be charged an additional $135 for the event costume. Dancers must also supply their own tan jazz shoes. Use this size chart and helpful hint document to determine your dancer’s costume size.
NEED AN ADDITIONAL NIGHT OF LODGING?
A limited number of rooms will be available at the rate of $229/per night. This includes all taxes and fees. You can add this on during your registration.
HOW DO I REGISTER
Print off the “HOW TO” for step by step instructions on how to set up your account as an INDEPENDENT.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Due per person. All fees paid are non-refundable.
REGISTRATION CLOSES as of 12/1/24 or until SOLD OUT.
· Registration date - $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit
· November 1st, 2024 - $250 per person (plus $100 deposit if not previously paid)
· February 1st, 2025 - $250 per person (plus $100 deposit & $250 November payment if not previously paid)
· May 1st, 2025 – account balance due plus finalized park ticket, additional nights lodging requests, and waivers should be completed
· May 2nd, 2025 - $100 late fee applied to accounts with outstanding balances
· 1st of the month starting in June – an additional $100 late fee will be applied each month to all accounts with outstanding balances
NO REFUNDS
As stated above, there are no refunds once fees have been paid. We are booking as a “group” and in order to get our amazing package price, we are guaranteeing the sale.
If you are still unable to attend, you may try and “sell” your trip and we could do a name change.
There are no refunds for costume fees.
If a dancer is replacing another dancer, they must be in the same age group and wear the same size costume ordered. If the change occurs prior to ordering costumes, we may be able to adjust the groups and order the correct size.
