Xtreme Finals

The top 3 compete again in all categories & levels!

 

Solo/Duo/Trio

The top 3 routines in each level and division will re-compete on THURSDAY. Duet and trio routines that qualify for the Xtreme Finals may not substitute or replace dancers with dancers that did not dance in the qualifying routine during the first round of competition. Dancers may only occupy one finals spot. Routines are NOT judged on a score sheet but rather observed and RANKED.

  • Xtreme Champions will receive individual banners, crowns, medals, a cash prize and a champion stone on the achievement plaque. If there are 7 or more entries in the category, winners will also receive a cash prize of $125 awarded to the studio.

  • 2nd & 3rd place winners receive individual medals.

 

Small and Large Groups

The top 3 routines in each level and division will re-compete on SUNDAY. Routines that qualify for the Xtreme Finals may not substitute or replace dancers with dancers that did not dance in the qualifying routine during the first round of competition. Routines are NOT judged on a score sheet but rather observed and RANKED.

A studio can have more than one group in a particular age division, group category (small groups or large groups), and level, if the additional group is comprised of completely different dancers.

  • Xtreme Champions will receive a team champion banner and individual medals. If there are 7 or more entries in the category, winners will also receive a cash prize of $125 awarded to the studio.

  • 2nd & 3rd place winners receive a team banner and individual medals.

 

Line and Production Groups

Each studio is guaranteed one spot in the line/production Xtreme Finals per level novice, intermediate, advanced and will compete a second time to determine the Xtreme Champions. Routines are NOT judged on a score sheet but rather observed and RANKED based on best Showmanship and Entertainment value. Dancers/Studios may only occupy one spot in the Xtreme competition per level.

  • Xtreme Champions receive a team banner, 5 ft. trophy, and a champion stone added to the studio achievement plaque. If there are 750 acts competing at Nationals, then the winner will also receive a cash prize of $500 awarded to the studio. A $200 cash prize will be given if there are 749 or less routines at Nationals.

  • 2nd & 3rd place winners receive a team banner and individual medals.

  • Additional finalists will receive a team banner.
